ACRP is seeking a qualified individual for an open computer technician position. Primary responsibilities will include handling incoming help desk service requests related to desktop end-user support, computer repair, and performing PC and network device maintenance.
Responsibilities
Monitor helpdesk and provide first-level support for workstations, VoIP phones, and mobile devices.
Perform PC setup, repair and maintenance, including operating system hardware and software installation.
Conduct workstation virus, spyware and malware removal.
Unlock user accounts and reset passwords.
Perform network device maintenance.
Assist with IT related projects.
Maintain and update support documentation.
Travel onsite to satellite offices as needed.
Qualifications
Technical Degree, Associates or Bachelors in an IT related field of study.
3+ Years' Experience Preferred
Certifications a plus
Must have a valid driver's license and background check.
Skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiastic and detail-oriented.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
