Job Description

ACRP is seeking a qualified individual for an open computer technician position. Primary responsibilities will include handling incoming help desk service requests related to desktop end-user support, computer repair, and performing PC and network device maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor helpdesk and provide first-level support for workstations, VoIP phones, and mobile devices.
  • Perform PC setup, repair and maintenance, including operating system hardware and software installation.
  • Conduct workstation virus, spyware and malware removal.
  • Unlock user accounts and reset passwords.
  • Perform network device maintenance.
  • Assist with IT related projects.
  • Maintain and update support documentation.
  • Travel onsite to satellite offices as needed.

Qualifications

  • Technical Degree, Associates or Bachelors in an IT related field of study.
  • 3+ Years' Experience Preferred
  • Certifications a plus
  • Must have a valid driver's license and background check.
