Job Summary
We are seeking a Computer Systems Analyst (Business Analyst) with 10+ years of experience in Computer analysis, systems analysis, program analysis, business analysis, project management, and Agile methodologies to lead system transformation initiatives across banking, healthcare, manufacturing, and public sector industries. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SDLC methodologies, risk management, data migration, cloud transformation, and enterprise application modernization.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate complex business systems, workflows, and IT solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into detailed functional and system specifications.
Lead cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication.
Manage large-scale digital transformation projects, including cloud migrations, enterprise software upgrades, and system modernizations.
Perform risk assessments, gap analysis, and impact studies for enterprise applications and process re-engineering.
Work with developers, IT architects, and infrastructure teams to design, integrate, and deploy scalable IT solutions.
Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, ITIL, SOX, Governance, Risk & Compliance) in software development and IT operations.
Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation performance metrics.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations across multi-location teams.
Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master’s in Engineering or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) & SAFe (Scaled Agile) Certified.
Strong experience in Banking, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Government IT projects.
Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies.
Technical skills in SQL, Cloud (Azure, AWS), JIRA, Confluence, ITIL, DevOps, PEGA, and ERP solutions.
Experience with Business Intelligence & Data Analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI preferred).
Preferred Experience
Experience with enterprise-level IT transformations, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Hands-on experience with business process re-engineering, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms, and enterprise data management.
