Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Computer Science teacher to teach Years 7, 8, and 9 following the British International Curriculum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons that simplify complex computing concepts for students at the lower secondary level. Responsibilities include preparing effective lesson plans, regularly assessing student performance, and contributing to technology-related educational activities within the school.

Qualifications

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Computer Science
• Experience teaching KS3 (Years 7, 8, and 9) and IGCSE. 
• 
  
• Familiarity with the British International Curriculum and its teaching methods
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  
• Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology in the classroom
• Previous teaching experience is a plus
• A university degree in Computer Science or a related field
