This is a part-time position with potential to go full-time, that may require weekend hours. Candidates for this position should: Know basic component structure of computers Be comfortable in Windows, OSx, iOS, and Android environments Be able and willing to directly communicate with customers Assist customers at their homes, over the Schrock Desk, or in the Service Center Be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs (think computer towers) Have a valid drivers license, insurance, and a good driving record Be able to pass a background check What You Can Expect Working at Schrock At Schrock we take pride in the fact we make our customers' technology work for them.
