I'm partnering with a great company to hire aa skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist. This is a direct hire job with full benefits.! The CNC Programmer Machinist will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure that all products meet specifications and quality standards.

Duties

• Operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
• Utilize hand tools for assembly and finishing of machined parts.
• Perform setup and calibration of CNC equipment, ensuring proper functioning.
• Conduct inspections using coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Program CNC machines using CAM software

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Machinist.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation.
• Proficiency with hand tools and assembly techniques.
• Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for quality assurance checks.
• Experience with CAM programming software
• Ability to perform machining tasks with precision, including welding when necessary.
• Simetron or MasterCam experience a plus
