Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in Tampa, FL. This full-time, onsite position requires a dedicated professional who can maintain a consistent presence at our manufacturing facility to ensure optimal production quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative problem-solving abilities to support our manufacturing operations.

- Programming Efficiency: Maintain CNC programming completion time within 95% of established standards

- Quality Control: Achieve less than 2% defect rate in manufactured parts

- Machine Uptime: Maintain minimum 85% machine utilization rate during scheduled production hours

- Setup Time: Complete machine setups within specified timeframes 90% of the time

- Program Optimization: Reduce cycle times by 5% through program improvements quarterly

- Documentation: Maintain 100% compliance with documentation requirements for all programs

- Safety: Maintain zero safety incidents through adherence to safety protocols

- Material Optimization: Achieve material utilization rate of 90% or higher
