This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Orlando for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating precise programs for CNC machines, conducting technical drawings, and overseeing machining and milling operations. The role involves ensuring the machines operate effectively and producing high-quality parts according to specifications. Daily tasks include interpreting technical blueprints, programming CNC machines, setting up and operating machining tools, and performing routine maintenance checks on equipment.

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing and CNC Programming skills
• Experience in Machining and Milling operations
• Strong understanding of programming languages specific to CNC machinery
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or precision machining environment is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or an associate degree in a related field is a plus
