Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist at Century-Tech Machinery, LLC, located in Hempstead, NY. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines. Daily tasks include machining parts to precise specifications, performing routine maintenance on machinery, and ensuring quality control throughout the production process. The machinist will work closely with other team members to meet production goals and ensure continuous workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in Machine Operation and Maintenance
• Skilled in Machining and Milling
• Proficiency in implementing and adhering to Quality Control standards
• Knowledge of operating various types of Machinery
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus
