Right at Home Macarthur Penrith is approved to deliver for Federal government funding and department of Veterans affairs clients at home. Clients are also provided service at their prime location of residence as a private or Hospitals transition care. Right at Home Macarthur Penrith has currently two offices in Sydney Metropolitan area catering for our clients across Southwestern and Western part of Sydney. Th Campbelltown office manages from Hoxton Park to Picton and the Penrith office manages the client from Penrith to the Blue Mountains remote location. Our care staff and clients need service provided across these multiple locations and the Job may require you. To Travel across these locations. The candidate should hold tertiary qualifications in I.T. and have exposure to managing Complex IT Environment. A willingness to grow around digital transformation and support the organisation in designing Developing and implementing a digital transformation platform. The new employee will be required to perform the following tasks: Provide network support and perform troubleshoot to resolve various WAN/LAN connectivity issues. Analyse and recommend solutions, upgrades services to streamline process and recommendimprovements. Analyse and perform troubleshoot on Local Area Network cabling and Wide Area Network. Administer and prepare program for IP addresses, develop network resources. Monitor and perform hardware and software upgrades to network servers including operatingsystems and applications. Analyse and recommend Director and Lead of Information Technology and prepare forecast for allsoftware and hardware requirement. Manage and document network systems, operational procedures and monitor hardware inventory fornetwork. Mange users across multiple platforms and help train them to use their resources effectively.
