Summary

Tree Composites is looking for a Composite Manufacturing Technician who will bring our designs to life. Are you a hands-on person who has a broad skill-set and likes varied challenges? Your Responsibilities

  • Hands-on manufacturing of prototype composite joints.
  • Execution of manufacturing trials for the development and industrialisation of our manufacturing process.
  • Assistance with assembly and upgrading of our in house developed manufacturing equipment.


Your Background

  • Vocational training (MBO3+ or equivalent), preferably with a focus on composites, or manufacturing.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Ideally you have previous experience as a composite manufacturing technician.
  • What is more important, is a hands-on, practical skillset. You can come up with solutions, make them or get them built.
  • Experience in composite manufacturing is a pre: hand layup, vacuum infusion, and composite moulding equipment operation (specific training for our processes will be provided)
  • You thrive in an autonomous role where we can trust you to get things done, with quality of the end product in mind. You are open to learn.
  • You are fluent in English, fluency in Dutch is not required.
  • Possession of a driver’s license and/or a forklift certificate is preferred.
  • A valid European Union work permit is required for this role.
