The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
Productively participate in the manufacture of fibre composite parts for our F1 vehicles
Work according to design plans and quality specifications
Be part of a team that builds, bonds together and prepares components for use on the race track
Your profile
A completed basic technical education
At least 3 years of practical experience preferably in a F1 Team/Supplier
Tact and diplomacy, a good feeling for the job and a conscientious, efficient and independent working style
A good capacity to think in three dimensions
Flexible in terms of working hours (two-shift work, standby duty)
Industrious, resilient and a team player
Helpful, proactive and capable of showing initiative
Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
