Key Responsibilities: Goods Receipt and Inspection (GRN): Oversee goods receipt processes. Ensure accurate inspection and documentation of received materials. Dispatch Operations: Plan, coordinate, and monitor dispatch activities. Ensure on-time delivery to meet customer requirements. Returns Management: Handle return processes efficiently. Maintain proper documentation for returned goods. Loading and Unloading: Supervise loading/unloading activities. Ensure safety protocols and handling procedures are followed. Invoicing: Generate and verify invoices accurately. Ensure alignment with dispatch and delivery records. MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports related to logistics. Analyse and present data for operational improvements. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management. Knowledge of GRN, dispatch processes, returns handling, and MIS reporting. Proficiency in using logistics and invoicing software/tools such as WMS, SAP, ERP, etc. Any degree or Diploma qualification Strong team management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Must be proficient in local language (Kannada) Additional Information: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
