Position Summary
The Compliance Support Specialist (CSS) is responsible for the supporting of various compliance-related tasks, including facilitation and auditing of compliance records, documentation, and training. They may also handle compliance reporting, responses to client concerns, and communicate with government agencies. This position is fast-paced and involves detailed work requiring focus and dedication to quality.
This position reports to the Director of Regulatory Compliance
What You’ll Be Doing
- Interact extensively with entering and managing compliance data in Oracle (ERP).
- Manage Regulatory Compliance department documents in Web Center.
- Create and update metadata records for various data assets; ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established policies, and ensuring that metadata is readily available and searchable.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing resources as needed to support management of compliance activities.
- Determine, develop, and implement best practice documentation control processes and procedures.
- Coach, mentor, and train stakeholders on CSS compliance processes, best practices, problem solving, and use of compliance sources of truth.
- Facilitate incremental updates of compliance documents, Regulatory Compliance purchase orders, data discovery requests, and processing of Regulatory Compliance Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s).
- Other duties as assigned.

Required
- Minimum 2-year degree in business / technical field, or equivalent experience
- Basic project management skills
Preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience with industrial documentation systems and workflow processes
- In depth understanding of production builds and inventory
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well with others, under pressure of deadlines and multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Requires a minimum level of guidance and direction
- Ability to understand business needs and implement solutions to fulfill those needs
- Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions

Hourly Pay Range: $26.43 - $36.35
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
