We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Manager to join our North American Coloplast Compliance team, to manage compliance operational processes that enable us to comply with internal and external requirements. You will be a member of our global Group Business Ethics and Data Privacy Compliance function, where you will work with colleagues from around the world in designing and aligning our North American and global compliance activities. This role requires 2+ years of professional experience.
Hybrid position - in office 3 days a week/as business need requires
Major Areas of Accountability
Interaction with local business stakeholders
* Support Regional Compliance officer and local business teams in understanding and responding to business ethics compliance risks related to strategic goals for the Region
* Work with global team members from our Group Business Ethics & Data Privacy Compliance function to support global data privacy and business ethics compliance program goals.
* Proactively interact with and independently communicate to local business teams on data privacy business ethics compliance and projects and to support proper governance
Supporting our business ethics and compliance program
* Conduct privacy and security incident investigations
* Conduct compliance auditing, monitoring and oversee mitigation plans
* Manage Federal and State Transparency data collection and reporting processes
* Drive efficiency within the region by applying more global standardized and coherence processes and reporting
* Contribute to compliance projects and provide support to local business ethics compliance projects.
* Contribute to fostering a Speak Up Culture in all Coloplast business areas and functions.
* Represent Business Ethics and Compliance function as a business partner.
Tactical responsibilities
* Privacy Program Support
* Maintain and deliver standard Data privacy dashboards to various stakeholders
* Investigate privacy and security incidents and breaches. Gather relevant documentation, interview individuals involved in the incident, assess impact to business, determine steps to mitigate risk, recommend discipline, and summarize and report findings.
* Review agreements, including business associate agreements, to ensure inclusion of necessary and appropriate provisions regarding consumer data. Track all agreements and ensure all agreements are current.
* Federal and State Transparency Reporting
* Facilitate compliance with state and federal transparency reporting laws, including but not limited to, collecting/reviewing spend data and timely filing of reports.
* Refine internal processes for spend data review/collection to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
* Provide guidance and training to employees across the enterprise on Coloplast's spend processes as needed.
* Auditing and Monitoring
* Coordinate with Global partners to enhance expense auditing and monitoring activities
* Create standard communication and reporting mechanisms for business management
* Oversee remediation activities

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of professional experience in a legal, compliance, risk management, or audit role.
* Strong interest in business metrics and operations
* Prior corporate experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industry.
* Prior experience in roles involving interaction with business stakeholders and management team.
* Prior experience in creation of dashboards or reporting mechanisms for large data sets
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data privacy requirements in the U.S. and Canada
* Prior experience in auditing
* Experience with PowerBI software

* Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $109,000 - $137,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
