Summary

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all regulatory compliances applicable to the company.
  • Liaise with the Company Secretary and ensure that all company secretarial compliances are to be done.
  • Wherever required maintain statutory registers & records.
  • Other secretarial compliance of subsidiaries/ associates/ group companies & LLPs such as filing of APR return, FLA Return etc.
  • Complete knowledge of GST and TDS provision etc
  • Timely remittance of GST payment and preparation of GSTR1 and GSTR3B data and filing return.
  • Timely remittance of TDS payment and preparation of quarterly data and filing return.
  • Reconciliation of Form26AS with books.
  • Compute and remittance of Advance tax if any shortfall of TDS credit
  • Liaise with external consultants and ensure that all PF, ESI, and PT remittances made timely, and the respective return filed timely
  • Assisting to reporting manager forthe preparation of MIS and Various other reports.
  • Co-ordinate with central audit team for reconciliation and preparation of reports.
  • Liasioning with banks in respect of Working Capital requirements and submitting periodical documents ie. Stock and Debt statement.
  • Liaising with external consultants for providing and submission of required documents for completion of GST and IT Assessments
  • Liaising with statutory auditor and get various certificates required for compliance purposes. Such as Net-worth, Due diligence etc
  • Preparation of draft quarterly financials and submission.
  • Periodical review and update of Investment made.
  • Maintain the tracker of Bank Guarantee issuance and timely renewal of BG
  • Preparation of draft quarterly financials and submission
  • Miscellaneous on demand requirements

Skills And Competencies

  • Qualifications: CA with strong subject technical knowledge i.e. clauses, provisions, and recent rules and regulations.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in handling Corporate Accounting and compliance.
  • Previous work experience from Corporate and reputed audit firms.
  • Working experience in Accounting Software – Zoho Books and TallyERP9 is a must.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel tool is mandatory.
  • Excellent attention to detail, professional attitude, reliable
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal
  • Ability to consistently meet all deadlines
