Job Responsibilities

Compensation System Management: Lead the construction and improvement of the company's compensation system to ensure its internal equity and external competitiveness. Regularly conduct market compensation surveys, deeply analyze industry compensation data, and provide strong evidence for the adjustment of compensation strategies, keeping the company's compensation level in a reasonable range.

Salary Calculation and Payment: Responsible for the accurate calculation of monthly salaries, covering basic salaries, performance bonuses, allowances and other components of compensation. Strictly review attendance data and performance results to ensure the accuracy of salary calculations. Complete salary payments on time and in compliance, and promptly handle any problems that arise during the salary payment process to protect employees' rights and interests.

Compensation Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, organize and deeply analyze compensation - related data, and generate detailed compensation reports. Through data insights, provide decision - making support for management in aspects such as compensation cost control and human cost optimization, helping the company achieve effective management of human resources costs.

Employee Compensation Communication and Consultation: Build a communication bridge with employees regarding compensation, patiently answer employees' questions about compensation policies and salary calculations. Timely handle employee compensation complaints, maintain good employee relations, and enhance employees' satisfaction and recognition of the compensation system.

Benefits Management: Coordinate the planning and implementation of the company's benefits system, including the compliant implementation of statutory benefits and the design and optimization of supplementary benefits. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of benefits, adjust the benefits plan according to employees' needs and company strategies, and enhance the attractiveness and incentive of the company's benefits.

Compliance Management: Pay close attention to the dynamic changes of national and local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, ensuring that the company's compensation policies and operations fully comply with legal requirements. Update the compensation system in a timely manner to avoid legal risks and ensure the compliance of the company's operations.
