Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compensation Program Manager located in Willow Grove, PA. The Compensation Program Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs and policies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting job evaluations, analyzing market data, generating reports, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and advising management on compensation-related issues.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of compensation principles, job evaluations, and market analysis
• Proficiency in developing and managing compensation programs and policies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and anticipate trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for advising management and reporting findings
• Proficiency in using HRIS and compensation analysis software
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
• Experience in the utility or vegetation management industry is beneficial
