Summary

Our client is a fast-growing manufacturing company, looking to double in size over the next 3 years, and is seeking a Compensation/HRIS Manager to oversee the administration and execution of its compensation programs. This role will ensure competitive and compliant pay structures, manage benefits offerings, and support overall employee well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate with HR and leadership to optimize total rewards programs that align with company goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering impactful HR solutions. Must be willing to be onsite three days a week



Responsibilities:


• This role involves designing and managing the compensation programs while ensuring compliance and enhancing employee engagement

• Administer and maintain compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies.

• Support the development and maintenance of salary structures, job evaluations, and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.

• Assist in the analysis of compensation data and trends to support decision-making and program enhancements.

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with HR and finance teams.

Utilize HRIS systems to track, manage, and optimize compensation and benefits data.

• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and policy-related inquiries.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to compensation, benefits, and reporting.

• Assist in leveraging HRIS systems to improve operational efficiency.

Research industry trends to recommend improvements to compensation and benefits programs.

• Support payroll on rules of compensation by state

• Owner of the ADP HRIS system, ideal candidate will have experience with ADP compensation modules



Profile


• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in compensation administration, including payroll & HRIS systems.

• ADP experience preferred

• Adept at figuring out new systems to take advantage of offerings

• Strong understanding of compensation structures, and compliance requirements.

• Experience analyzing compensation and benefits data to support decision-making.

• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support employees and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and payroll systems to ensure accurate data management.
