Come grow with us! This position is part of the Global Compensation and Benefits Team and will be located in Memphis, TN. PURPOSE The Compensation Intern will play a crucial role in supporting our compensation team with various projects and tasks related to the annual merit planning process, annual salary survey submissions, job benchmarking, and the administration of short- and long-term incentive programs. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compensation management within a manufacturing environment. Providing an opportunity for hands-on learning in a fast-paced global business environment with exposure to all areas of salaried and executive compensation. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual merit planning process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. * Support the submission of annual salary surveys by gathering and organizing relevant compensation data. * Participate in job benchmarking activities to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. * Aid in the administration of short- and long-term incentive programs, including tracking and reporting on program eligibility and target values. * Conduct research and analysis on compensation trends and best practices within the manufacturing industry. * Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of compensation-related projects. * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. WHAT YOU WILL NEED The essential requirements of the job include: * Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
