Description

We are looking for a skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a contract position that requires expertise in managing employee benefits programs, compensation structures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will excel at using advanced tools and systems to streamline benefits administration and drive effective communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian platforms to streamline payroll and benefits processes.
  • Oversee COBRA administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate claim administration activities, maintaining clear documentation and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct audits of compensation and benefits data to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Facilitate communication regarding benefits programs and updates using tools like Cisco Webex Meetings.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to evaluate and implement changes to compensation structures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefit functions and claim procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and compliance requirements.
  • Analyze and report on compensation and benefits metrics to drive informed decision-making.


Requirements

  • Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian systems for payroll and benefits management.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, COBRA administration, and claim handling processes.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools such as Cisco Webex Meetings.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their application in benefits administration.
  • Exceptional auditing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of compliance standards and regulations within the financial services industry.
