LHH is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst (Mid to Senior Level) to support our client's Compensation Programs during a high-volume period. This role is ideal for compensation professionals who are deeply analytical, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment. The analyst will perform extensive data research and market analysis to support compensation decisions across multiple geographies.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking for roles across multiple regions and states
  • Analyze compensation trends, internal data, and external market surveys to make informed recommendations
  • Support the development and maintenance of salary structures and compensation guidelines
  • Partner with Executives and Talent Acquisition to ensure competitive and equitable compensation offerings
  • Prepare compensation reports and dashboards to assist in executive decision-making
  • Assist in job evaluations, leveling, and internal pay equity assessments
  • Ensure compensation practices align with organizational goals and compliance standards
  • Manage a high volume of data with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of dedicated compensation experience required (Benefits experience not applicable for this role)
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets related to compensation and market trends
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation tools (e.g., MarketPay, Payfactors, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of compensation practices across multiple states and international markets
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field

  • Work Schedule: 5 days/week onsite
