Summary

OBJECTIVE

To develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives, tailored to meet the specific needs of each business unit.


KEY DELIVERABLES


Rewards and Compensation Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives, tailored to suit the specific needs of each business unit.
  • Execute a competitive total rewards strategy that attracts and retains top talent while aligning with the budget and business objectives of each business unit.

Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits and wellness programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking, market research, and analysis to ensure the salary and compensation packages within each business unit remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Incentive Programs:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and manage incentive programs.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of incentives, rewards programs, and insurance.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure compliance and governance of total rewards programs with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Employee Recognition:

  • Manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge and appreciate the contributions and achievements of employees within each business unit.


ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to employees and management.
  • Proficient in data management and analytics.
  • Experience in designing and deploying benefits/wellness programs.
  • Participated in at least two annual compensation review/increment cycles.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
