Summary

COMPENSATION ANALYST – Greenwich, CT


We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for supporting day-to-day compensation tasks, data management, and compensation planning.


This position will play a key role in the annual bonus process, market data procurement, stock plan management, and systems maintenance.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Annual Compensation Processes

  • Assist with the preparation and management of the year-end compensation cycle.
  • Support the input and maintenance of compensation data in the system of record.
  • Track and document custom proration details and contextual information to ensure accurate compensation planning.
  • Assemble compensation-related data for internal reporting and leadership requests.

New Hire Tracking – Global Compensation

  • Manage tracking of new hire bonus targets, multi-year guarantees, and other non-cash incentives (e.g., RSU grants).
  • Maintain additional non-compensation details such as custom proration factors to aid in compensation planning.
  • Collect and document new hire approval information in compliance with internal processes.

Market Data Management & Survey Support

  • Assist with submission of compensation data to external market survey providers.
  • Complete internal job-to-market alignments to ensure accurate survey participation.
  • Support compensation benchmarking activities and assist with market data analyses for internal use.

Non-Cash Compensation (Stock Plans & Portal Management)

  • Support administration of stock compensation plans, including award processing, vesting, reporting, and compliance-related filings.
  • Compile employee data to create and update stock portal accounts.
  • Assist employees with stock portal access and resolve ad hoc account issues.
  • Review and maintain up-to-date stockholder information across HRIS and compensation systems.

System Maintenance, Audit Support, and Customer Service

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation records within HR systems.
  • Assemble documentation and respond to audit-related information requests.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR colleagues.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in compensation, HR, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and data management.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
