JOB SUMMARY: Support school-based Community Liaisons in achieving District strategic goals by fostering connections between schools, families, and community organizations. Guide Liaisons in building relationships that ensure families have access to essential resources and knowledge for student success. Collaborate with the Director of Title I Programs to provide professional learning and coaching for best practices in Family, Community, and School Partnerships (FCSP). Work with the Office of Student Health to coordinate comprehensive support for students, families, and schools. Act as a bridge to facilitate effective communication and resource sharing among stakeholders.

Ensure families have access to essential resources and knowledge by identifying and connecting them with community services and programs.

- Collaborate with the Director of Title I Programs to provide professional learning, coaching, and implementation support for best practices in Family, Community, and School Partnerships (FCSP). Daily 10%
- Work with the Office of Student Health, including the McKinney-Vento Team and Student Wellness Staff, to coordinate comprehensive support for students, families, and schools. Daily 10%

Assist in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that support family and community engagement.

Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of family and community engagement strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The minimum prerequisites of formal education, professional work experience, certifications, licenses, endorsements, designations, trainings, and other criteria that a candidate must fulfill to be considered for a position. It is essential that certifications, licenses, endorsements, designations, and trainings are fulfilled, valid, and not expired.
- Criminal background check and fingerprinting required
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, human services, social work, psychology, or related field
- Three (3) years of professional work experience in family and community engagement, education, social services, or a related field
- Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Colorado driver's license
- Racially conscious and culturally competent with the skill, will, capacity, and knowledge to commit to a culture of continuous improvement
- Intermediate knowledge of typical office equipment such as telephones, copiers, fax machines, email, etc.
- Intermediate knowledge of common office application software
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Intermediate knowledge of family and community engagement best practices, as well as knowledge of resources and services available to families and students
- Intermediate interpersonal relations skills
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate organizational skills
- Ability to operate common office equipment
- Ability to work alone and with others
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and policy books
