In this role, you will serve as the face of our clients' brands throughout the community, elevating their brand recognition to unprecedented heights. Through strategic community based outreach events and compelling sales techniques, you will play a vital role in forging lasting connections, securing crucial donations, and solidifying our clients' positions as industry leaders.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the planning and execution of various community based pop-up style fundraising events aimed at generating revenue and exposure for our non-profit client’s.
Collaborate seamlessly with fellow Associates to achieve and exceed office targets, fostering a culture of shared success and camaraderie.
Engage directly with clients and potential donors, adeptly articulating the unique benefits of our services and skillfully closing lucrative donation opportunities.
Execute transactions with meticulous precision and unwavering confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
Actively participate in daily meetings to glean invaluable insights into client needs, expectations, and market dynamics, ensuring a proactive approach to sales.
Adhere strictly to client guidelines and compliance requirements, delivering unparalleled customer experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Embrace ongoing learning and development initiatives, staying up to date on cutting-edge sales strategies and leveraging them to maximize results in a collaborative team setting.
Qualifications:
Some experience in client acquisition, customer service, or communications, with a demonstrable track record of success in driving sales performance is preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent

Pay for this position is based on individual performance and strictly commission.
