This role will work under the supervision of the Community Relations Manager to help implement marketing strategies, manage social media content, and support community engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate must also be willing to fill gaps in operational needs across the organization on an as-needed basis. Regardless of the task, this position will be provided with ample training and resources to ensure success. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in executing marketing campaigns and outreach efforts. * Create, schedule, and monitor content across various social media platforms. * Help coordinate community events, sponsorships, and partnerships. * Maintain organization of marketing materials and communications. * Support the development of newsletters, flyers, and other promotional materials. * Track engagement metrics and provide insights on outreach efforts. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with SCHC's mission. * Assist with filling operational gaps within SCHC as needed, ensuring flexibility and a collaborative approach across departments. * Perform other duties as assigned.
