We are rapidly growing across Ohio and are expanding our outreach to serve more families-starting at the community level.

About The Role

We're seeking a driven, well-connected Community Referral Representative to help us grow by building and nurturing relationships with daycare centers, preschools, and early childhood education programs. The ideal candidate is someone who already knows local daycare decision-makers and can introduce April ABA as a trusted autism therapy provider. You'll be the face of our outreach efforts, ensuring that providers and families know where to turn when early intervention is needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with directors and staff at daycare centers, preschools, and other childcare providers
  • Identify new partnership opportunities in your territory and make consistent outreach visits
  • Deliver marketing materials, host drop-ins, and represent April ABA at local community events or education fairs
  • Educate providers about April ABA's autism testing and therapy services
  • Serve as a point of contact for prospective referring partners and coordinate handoffs with the admissions team
  • Track outreach efforts, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems

Who We're Looking For

  • You already have a network or book of contacts in the early childhood/daycare space in Cincinnati, and Dayton Ohio
  • Prior experience in outreach, sales, community engagement, or account management in childcare, healthcare, or education services
  • Friendly, professional, and confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Passionate about helping families access high-quality autism services

Bonus If You Have

  • Worked in or sold to daycares, preschools, Head Start programs, or enrichment vendors
  • Knowledge of ABA therapy, autism resources, or early childhood development
