Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Property Manager located in Bellevue, NE. The Community Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential properties, interacting with tenants to address concerns, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the properties are well-maintained.

• Customer service and Communication skills
• Knowledge of local housing regulations and laws
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Proficiency in property management software
• Previous experience in community or residential property management
