Salary/Hourly Rate

$60k - $70k (Commensurate with experience)

Position Overview

Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work in real-time? As a Community Portfolio Manager managing a portfolio of HOAs and condo associations, you will be the key point of contact for multiple communities, leading everything from budgeting and board meetings to property inspections and resident relations. Responsibilities Of The Community Portfolio Manager

  • Be the face of the management company for your communities - building trust and rapport with residents and board members
  • Guide boards through budgeting, planning, and operational decisions.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure communities remain safe, clean, and compliant.
  • Coordinate vendor services and maintenance needs; ensure jobs are completed to standard.
  • Lead and attend board meetings, draft meeting minutes, and support member engagement.
  • Stay ahead of compliance issues, manage timelines for insurance and legal needs.
  • Review and implement governing documents and association policies when needed.
  • Monitor expenses, maintain financial health, and provide monthly reporting.
  • Handle resident questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Oversee on-site staff, ensuring a high standard of service across the board.

Required Experience for the Community Portfolio Manager:

  • Active Florida LCAM license or in the process of obtaining.
  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple properties or communities.

Preferred Experience for the Community Portfolio Manager:

  • Strong multitasking skills-you're organized, deadline-driven, and proactive.
  • Solid understanding of association financials, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
  • Confident in running meetings and communicating with boards and homeowners.
  • Able to work independently but still thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required.
