Summary

Position provides hands-on, detail-oriented leadership in managing the fast-paced activities of the community. Provides project management support and handles administrative duties in a highly responsible and confidential nature including day to day operations. Serves as the ED's primary internal & external liaison. Manages communication needs on a daily basis with staff, management team and key relationships. Monitor assignments delegated to staff and facilities timely completion. Works behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes and resolve issues. Interviews, hire, motivates and manage support staff to maximize productivity and efficiency. Position requires independent and creative thinker with ability to handle highly confidential information. Must possess excellent oral and written communication and strong critical thinking skills. Interpersonal skills and technological proficiency required. Bachelor's degree in business management or service industry desired. Three to Five years of management experience in business, hospitality, or operations required.
