About Us

We’re building a private, high-trust leadership collective for India’s next-gen and seasoned business leaders.

Our goal is to help leaders grow from being highly capable to deeply fulfilled. We do this through a thoughtfully curated calendar of events, coaching-inspired content, and a values-aligned community — all grounded in clarity, calm, and connection.

Alumni Club is how we’re experimenting this vision to bring it to life.

Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who can blend creativity, execution, and structure to help us grow and deliver exceptional member experiences. You’ll work closely with the founder and core team across five main areas:

1. Event Coordination & Experience Design

  • Plan and manage high-quality, intimate events end-to-end — from logistics to guest experience
  • Coordinate with venues, vendors, and collaborators to ensure every detail is thoughtful
  • Ensure a seamless, elevated experience for premium guests at every touchpoint

2. Communications & Content

  • Manage all event-related communications: invites, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Write clear, elegant, emotionally intelligent copy that reflects our brand
  • Create simple yet beautiful visuals on Canva for posts, invites, and stories

3. Social Media & Marketing

  • Build and maintain a monthly content calendar
  • Share subtle, pull-based stories and posts that build curiosity and connection
  • Handle basic analytics and insights to guide improvements
  • Execute podcast collaborations & organic PR

4. CRM & Backend Systems

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of members, prospects, and engagement records
  • Track interest levels, touchpoints, and follow-ups using simple CRM tools
  • Use data to personalize communication and deepen relationships

5. SOPs & Internal Documentation

  • Create and update SOPs for workflows and product development using Notion
  • Document learnings, repeatable processes, and event planning steps
  • Help streamline internal operations for scale and consistency

Who You Are

  • 5 years+ of experience in working with premium, luxury, or high-trust audience groups
  • Highly organised, calm, and solutions-focused
  • Emotionally intelligent — especially in how you write and communicate
  • Comfortable using Canva and have a good design eye
  • Familiar with soft, pull-based social media strategies
  • Skilled with tools like Notion, Google Suite, and CRMs
  • Self-driven, proactive, and have a high attention to detail

Bonus If You Have

  • Worked closely with founders, business leaders, or next-gen entrepreneurs
  • Experience in leadership, coaching, wellness, or experiential learning
  • Familiarity with automation tools (like Zapier, Airtable) and content analytics
