Desired education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations, communications, information science, business or related major
General knowledge

What you will do
Responsibilities
Develop an overall social media strategy for Zapiplay partners (i.e. customers).
Connect with customers on a regular basis to answer questions, implement strategies and review social media campaign performance.
Develop paid social media strategies (e.g. Hulu, Pandora, Spotify, ad display networks) for Zapiplay's partners (i.e. customers)
Research and create "buyer personas" online
Create programmes that leverage elements of earned, owned and paid media.
Develop social media editorial calendars
Research and present content ideas created for bloggers, editors and journalists.
Oversee the development of creatives / assets for social channels.
Connect with customers on a regular basis to answer questions, implement strategies and review social media campaign performance.
Ability to manage the content creation workflow
Providing consulting, monitoring and management services for social networks
Consult with clients on their business objectives and propose solutions and strategies to meet their needs.
Promote internal knowledge sharing and ensure that Zapiplay and our customers stay at the forefront of relevant trends.
This position requires 40 hours of remote availability per week during our standard office hours (9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST).
