Key Responsibilities:


* Community Building:

- Create a vibrant and collaborative community within the co-working space.

- Organise networking events, workshops, and activities to enhance member interaction.


* Member Engagement:

- Handle enquiries, greet visitors, and assist members with any immediate needs.

- Proactively engage with members to understand their needs and address any concerns.

- Facilitate connections and collaborations among co-working members.


* Facility Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the co-working space.

- Ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the members' needs.


* Event Coordination:

- Plan and execute events, both internal and external, to promote the co-working space and enhance its visibility.

- Coordinate logistics for events, including coordination of vendors and post-event evaluations.


* Administrative Duties:

- Manage memberships, enquiries, and onboarding processes for new members.

- Keep accurate records of membership data and space utilisation.


* Communication:

- Act as a liaison between management and co-working members, conveying important updates and information.

- Maintain an active presence on social media platforms to promote community engagement.


* Issue Resolution:

- Address and resolve conflicts or issues within the community promptly and effectively.

- Serve as a point of contact for member feedback and suggestions.


* Marketing and Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting the co-working space.

- Actively participate in marketing initiatives to attract new members.


* Financial Management:

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for community-related activities.

- Monitor and manage resources efficiently within the allocated budget.


* Continuous Improvement:

-Seek feedback from members to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.


-Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance the co-working experience.
