Liaise with Repairs & Maintenance team for quote requests/work orders
Prepare for and facilitate Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings and Committee Meetings (agendas, budgets and minutes)
Oversee financial requirements of buildings within portfolio
Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities
What You Need To Bring To The Role
Previous experience in strata management or related field such as property management
Understanding of Body Corporate/Strata Legislation and related regulations
Current Strata Certificate of Registration (CoR) or ability and desire to complete ASAP
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail and strong time management skills
Takes a disciplined approach to personal & work life integration
Empathic, team oriented and eager to develop / enable others
Initiative and learning focus (growth mindset)
