Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at ELARA located in raipur. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and engaging with the online community, creating and implementing community building strategies, monitoring and responding to community feedback, and organizing offline events to foster community growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management and engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and community management tools
• Ability to organize and execute offline events
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in event company or any corporate company.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
