Role: Community Manager (FTC - 6 months)
Location: Mumbai, India
About the role:
The Community Manager is responsible for owning accountability and leading the day-to-day operations for all Community Management and ad hoc Social requirements. You are responsible for setting the overall strategic direction and communicating it with the Clients and internal teams to ensure the on-time, on-brief delivery of high-quality social and Community Management led projects.
What you will be doing:
- Candidate to have basic knowledge of metrics for Social + Digital + D2C + Influencer activities
- Provide a social media perspective on campaigns, content themes and ideas on the brand
- Develop a localized content calendar specific to the market’s products and schedules
- Oversee approval, scheduling and posting of content calendar across social platforms while
- Ensuring brand guidelines & tone are enforced
- Oversee daily response management, escalation of complaints & inquiries and brand sentiment
- Monitoring on social media pages
- Keeps consistently up to date with social and digital trends and shares opportunities or red flags to client & team
- Supply reports using software for social platforms (i.e. brand and competitor analysis) which includes in-depth analytics and insights
- Create and monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of key objectives and achievement of growth targets for social.
- Manage and develop positive client relationships
- Ensuring high quality, innovative and on-time delivery of work
What you need to be great in this role:
- Ideally upto 2 years creative agency & community management experience for a key brand
- Experience working with social media platform
- Experience in social media insights & analytics
- Excellent verbal and written English communication language skills
- A keen interest in the latest digital trends
- Self-motivated, working with little supervision
- Collaborative team player, open minded and non-political
- Proven ability to communicate and liaise with junior to senior-levels in the business
- Discrete about all confidential and personal information
- Driven, proactive, helpful, and an enthusiastic team player
- Quality of being extremely thorough and accurate
- Clear understanding of all OLIVER products
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
