Role Description – Community Manager

As a Community Manager, you will be the voice and heart of our vibrant user base—creating conversations, building trust, and nurturing a safe, inclusive, and engaged community. Your role will involve both strategy and empathy as you manage user interactions, events, feedback loops, and social presence to foster a strong sense of belonging.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and run community-building campaigns, AMAs, and virtual meetups.
  • Gather feedback, identify trends, and relay community insights to product and support teams.
  • Represent the brand confidently in front of the camera for video shoots and updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing to shape voice, tone, and messaging that resonates.
  • Track engagement metrics and suggest strategies to boost retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain community guidelines and foster a safe, respectful environment for all members.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience or internship in community building, customer support, or social media is preferred.
  • Empathetic communicator with excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen listener who can interpret both explicit and subtle feedback.
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to handle sensitive situations gracefully.
  • Understanding of diverse communities and cultures is a big plus.
