About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Community Manager with 2-4 years of experience

to build, grow, and energize our community. If you’re passionate about bringing people

together, driving meaningful engagement, and creating impactful experiences for

college students, we want you on our team!


Eligibility-

● Bachelors in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations or related fields

● 2 - 4 years of experience in community management, engagement strategies, or

operations management role

● Experience in community building i.e. growing and managing online & offline

communities

● Proven track record in planning and executing impact-driven programs

● Exposure to working with educational institutions, student engagement, or social

impact-driven programs like 180 DC, Enactus, and AIESEC is a plus


Skills Required-

Problem Solving: Ability to guide the team in ambiguous settings to achieve

project goals. Proficiency in applying a solutions-oriented approach to complex

challenges, with a focus on operational efficiency

Program Management: Demonstrated proficiency in program creation,

management and driving offline operations

Community Management Tools: Proficiency in platforms like Discord, Slack, and

Facebook Groups

Event & Analytics Platforms: Familiarity with Zoom, Airmeet, Google Analytics,

and LinkedIn Insights

Data Analysis & Visualization: Ability to leverage Microsoft Excel for data

analysis and reporting

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for effective engagement and

storytelling


Job Description-

Team Leadership: Monitor team performance, set clear goals, and ensure timely

execution. Define the work charter for the team, and drive the team to create

youth engagement initiatives

Program & Module Development: Design tailored interactive learning modules

such as workshops, conclaves, and competitions for youth across your region

Operations Execution: Guide the team to implement collaborative programs to

drive community engagement, in but not limited to colleges

Partnerships & Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with community

members and stakeholders. Identify and leverage opportunities for community

partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to promote community initiatives

Event Management & Engagement: Organize and host virtual/physical events,

webinars, and meetups to foster community participation. Ensure seamless

event execution to maximize audience engagement.
