Check it out here: https://www.montereygrove.com/ What We Offer AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including: * Expected salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 annually + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. * Commissions for new leases and renewals. * An Apartment Benefit option is available to live on-site at the community you are working. The market rent is included as additional income to your base salary and automatically applied to the 100% of the rent cost. Income taxes apply to 80% of the rent cost, as it is considered taxable income. The unit will be selected and approved by Operations leadership based on availability. What You Will Do * Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports * Provide exemplary service to residents and team members * Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goals * Manage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies.
