Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic, super extroverted Community Manager to be the face and voice of Justwravel’s travel community—both online and offline. If you're someone who thrives in social settings, loves initiating conversations, and has a knack for bringing people together, this is your stage.

You’ll be responsible for driving our brand presence through digital platforms and on-ground meetups, collaborations, and unique community experiences. From Instagram takeovers to city-based traveler meetups, and from influencer partnerships to travel-themed pop-ups, you’ll play a pivotal role in making Justwravel a household name among explorers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Build, engage, and grow our online community with authentic conversations, creative content, and quick interaction.
  • Organize and host offline events such as meetups, collabs, workshops, and travel hangouts to foster stronger community bonds.
  • Lead influencer marketing campaigns and manage partnerships with travel content creators.
  • Identify, pitch, and execute brand collaborations that align with Justwravel’s voice and community.
  • Craft unique community experiences—online contests, live sessions, curated events, and co-travel opportunities.
  • Stay on top of trends, gather user feedback, and provide insights to the marketing team for ongoing campaign improvement.
  • Support and execute co-marketing and business partnership opportunities to expand Justwravel’s visibility in the travel ecosystem.


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, or social media.
  • Must be highly extroverted, energetic, and confident in leading both digital and in-person engagements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a natural connector.
  • Experience managing and growing online communities and brand/influencer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement techniques.
