Summary

Amplify, a global creator marketing agency, is growing in the US! We’re looking for a community manager who can be the voice of TikTok online – engaging with the community, creators, and brands alike across TikTok, Instagram, and X. This role is for someone who knows how to engage audiences on social media, and has experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects at once. You’ll set the tone alongside the Head of Social to help increase product adoption and build brand trust for TikTok through various types of online interactions.


Responsibilities:

  • Have a keen sense of creators, products, and trending subjects to generate comments that have the potential to go viral.
  • Be the voice of TikTok online – interact with other brands and communities across social media, driving community engagement and fostering authentic conversations to convert customers to community members.
  • Managing day-to-day activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Monitor trends and audience feedback to help craft viral, shareable content. Share insights on which content drives the strongest engagement and trust.
  • Foster a vibrant community by actively engaging with DMs, comments, and user feedback.
  • Implement SEO best practices to ensure high search visibility and shareability.
  • Gather compelling testimonials and case studies that showcase TikTok’s community impact.
  • Combine SEO insights with creative storytelling to reach and build community online.
  • Work with the creative team to ideate content ideas across multiple media platforms and tools, contributing to team brainstorms, content plans, and online execution.



Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of how to represent a brand voice online.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present work effectively and incorporate feedback.
  • Strong internal collaboration skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about the creator economy, and its evolving ecosystem, with the ability to market at the speed of culture.
  • Proven ability to create engaging, SEO-friendly, written content.
  • A cultural trendsetter, always ahead of the curve on emerging social trends, content, and consumer behaviors.
  • A highly adaptable problem-solver, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable collaborating with creators, influencers, and community members.
