Summary of Job:
The Associate Manager will report to their assigned Director of Community Management and be responsible for assisting the Director with the day-to-day responsibilities of managing a portfolio of community associations.
Essential Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Must be available to attend evening board meetings
Transcribe minutes and action list
Complete action items
Assist with preparation of Directors Reports
Review and code payables
Return phone calls and respond to emails
Conduct property inspections
Transcribe inspection reports
Solicit & review proposals/contracts
Prepare bid comparisons
Check in with supervisor daily to advise of any issues or concerns
Obtain CMCA certification

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
4-year college degree preferable but not required
Property management experience preferred
At least 1 year customer service experience, 2 or more years preferred
Attention to detail and organization is key
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service mindset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude
The ability to navigate challenging situations
Type a minimum of 40 WPM
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
