Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and engaging with the online community, creating and curating content, moderating discussions, and ensuring a positive community environment. Additionally, the Community Manager will analyze community metrics, provide feedback to internal teams, and assist in developing strategies to grow the community. Additional responsibilities include organizing community events and working closely with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with company goals.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Community Management
  • Strong skills in Moderating Discussions and Customer Engagement
  • Ability to Analyze Community Metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Social Media Platforms and Online Tools
  • Capability to Plan and Organize Online Events
  • Experience working with Marketing and Product Teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
