Lead and guide the business operations team to ensure efficient operations and goal attainment.
Facilities Management services including but not limited to preventative maintenance, WiFi, pest control through FM team and / or the appointed term contractors.
Responsible for investigating, checking, and analyzing reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
Coordinate facility repairs, replacements, upgrades, and pest control with FM team.
Work with contractors and/or FM team for quotations for all repair works where applicable.
Oversee inventory management, including stock control and replenishment for both stationaries and paper stationery supplies.
Sales Support:
Oversee smooth operation of the venue booking system to ensure information as listed are accurate. Updates, system integrations, and implementations are followed through.
Manage, support and service existing office tenants of the venue including the preparation of required paperwork for venue quotations and the processing and settlement of payments.
Identify and follow up of Sales opportunities and enquiries for the venue including the provision of professional event related advice.
Analyse business operations data, customer preferences/feedbacks, and competitor activities to develop and see through the execution of effective business strategies and plans with Event Sales partner.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate venue sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee and execution of all internal and external stakeholders’ events focusing on the client experience and is present pre and post events.
Attend to other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 5 years in venue sales and operations, customer service (in co-working spaces, facility management, hotel, real estate, or related industries)
Self-motivated and possess problem-solving and analytical skills
Possess good business acumen and negotiation skills
Proven track record of at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry.
Ability to work on shifts (8.30am – 5.30pm / 9am – 6pm) and weekends (whenever required).
