Tubu Junto is Chandigarh’s creative pitstop — a vibrant space designed for workshops, pop-ups, skill-building, and real conversations. We host everything from art jams to storytelling nights, and our mission is simple: build a warm, welcoming, and wildly curious community.

We’re looking for someone who lives for people, thrives in chaos (the good kind), and knows how to build a vibe from the ground up. You’ll be the face of the space, the energy behind our events, and the bridge between our community and brand.

• Welcome & engage every visitor like they’re old friends
• Plan, organize, and run workshops, meet-ups, and creative sessions
• Build local partnerships with artists, educators, and creators
• Manage community WhatsApp/Instagram groups and keep the buzz alive
• Coordinate logistics for events — invites, sign-ups, setup, post-event follow-ups
• Collect feedback, build loyalty, and make people want to come back again (and again)

• A people-person with great communication and organizing skills
• Based in Chandigarh and excited to build something meaningful locally
• Comfortable with Instagram, Canva, and handling basic event tools
• Someone who loves creativity, community spaces, and slow conversations
• Self-driven, hands-on, and always down for chai with a new idea

• Have experience in hospitality, events, community work, or teaching
• Have hosted your own workshop or gathering before
