Job Description
As a Community Manager at Spacekayak, you’ll own the community experience, hosting events, fostering engagement, and ensuring our community stays vibrant and connected. You’ll track engagement metrics, identify trends, and maintain a healthy, active community.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and grow the heart of our brand—our community—by hosting events and building lasting relationships with our audience.

What you'll do
- Plan and execute both online and offline events to engage with our community.
- Develop strategies to grow and engage our online and offline community.
- Monitor community activity, track engagement metrics, and identify trends.
- Work with other teams to ensure community initiatives align with brand and marketing strategies.
- Act as the voice of the community, keeping conversations flowing and building connections.
Requirements
- A knack for community management and event hosting (online and offline).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A creative approach to growing and engaging communities.
- Proficient in tracking engagement metrics and identifying trends.
- Experience with event management, both virtual and in-person.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
