As our Community Manager, you will be the driving force behind the growth, engagement, and impact of our founder network. You will build scalable processes to track and analyse community behaviour, ensuring that every initiative aligns with the needs of our founders. From our online platform to in-person events, you will work closely with internal teams to test, pilot and pivot events, programs and initiatives that support founders and the commercial growth of Techleap. This role is not just about managing an online space, it’s about deeply understanding tech founders, their challenges, and what drives them, and then working with the team to build a thriving community experience both in person and online around that.

Who You Are
You already built and maintained relevant communities for some years now in the Tech and AI space with the Startup/scaleup ecosystem and care deeply about helping tech founders succeed.
Note: For this role you need to live in the Netherlands already. We don't relocate and apply for Visa in this position (but can take over existing visa from other employers).
This is what you get in return: Next to your monthly salary (t.b.d.), you will get 8% holiday allowance, 15% pension allowance for you to allocate, a great home- and BYOD allowance, travel allowance, unlimited holidays, hybrid working setup (2-3 days WFO) and a full time contract (ideally 40 hours per week).
