Meta Reality Labs is seeking an experienced community manager, with a background supporting technical audiences (for example, Creators or Developers) to join the Content organization. In this role, you will join a team of community managers and program managers across our developer and creator programs. Your primary areas of responsibility will include community moderation, community management, community mentorship, and virtual and in-person engagement activities. You will serve as a community representative helping your cross-functional partners to better understand community pain points and guiding them in their engagements.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience in community management, program management, partner/developer communications, or technical content development. 6+ years of experience in community management, program management, partner/developer communications, or technical content development. Knowledge of developer and creator communities. Experience operating community engagement activities. Experience translating insights and data into highly impactful projects or programs. Experience as a writer or editor of technical content. Experience executing in a dynamic and highly iterative environment. Effective communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of mixed reality and mobile content business models. Experience in building developer or creator community programs. Experience organizing and managing events.
