The Color Bar Hair Salon is seeking a dynamic Community Development Partner to help us connect with our clients inside the salon while actively engaging with the community outside of it. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who thrives on networking, event planning, and social engagement. Key Responsibilities:In-Salon Content & Engagement Work with stylists to capture engaging content (photos, videos, testimonials) for social media. Ensure all marketing materials, promotions, and signage are properly displayed. Collaborate with the team to enhance client experience and brand storytelling. Community Outreach & Partnership Building Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations to increase brand awareness. Represent The Color Bar at community events, networking meetings, and industry gatherings. Identify opportunities for sponsorships, partnerships, and local collaborations. Quarterly In-Salon Events Plan and execute exciting salon events that attract new and returning clients. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and staff to ensure seamless event execution. Promote events through social media, email marketing, and local outreach. What We’re Looking For: A natural people person who loves networking and making connections. Experience in event planning, marketing, or community relations. Comfortable with social media content creation and engagement. Ability to work independently while being a strong team collaborator.
