Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Community and Offline Sales Representative to represent Ronbow across the Bay Area. This person will be the face of our brand in the community, building trusted relationships with interior designers, architects, general contractors, and home improvement professionals. You’ll visit job sites, showrooms, and stores, attend local events, and help grow Ronbow’s presence through direct, in-person engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
— Build and maintain relationships with designers, GCs, architects, and home industry professionals
— Visit job sites, showrooms, and retail stores (e.g., tile, flooring, appliance) to promote Ronbow
— Represent the company at community events, design expos, and industry meetups
— Distribute marketing materials and drive awareness and showroom visits
— Gather market insights and customer feedback from the field

— Familiar with the home improvement or design space (experience is a plus but not required)

— Lives in or near the Bay Area and knows the local landscape
